Terms & Conditions

This program applies to purchases of Groove Point applicable products from the Groove Online Shop and at events.

‐Earn 2 points sticker for every purchase of an item over US$100.00

‐Earn 1 point sticker for every purchase of an item under US$100.00.

Once you collect 40 points worth of stickers, you can redeem your points by mailing the rewards booklet with the stickers.
You will receive a doll of your choice from our current selection by reservation (exceptions apply).
Once we receive the completed card with 40 points worth of stickers, we will send you the reward doll.
＊Qualifying products include: Pullip, Taeyang, DAL, Byul, ISUL, Outfit Series (excludes: Little+, Docolla series).
＊Award points are earned, not for the total transaction amount but per item (over or under $100.00).
＊The Company reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Rewards Program at any time with notice.
＊Reward stickers have no cash value and may only be redeemed for Rewards via the Program.
＊We are not responsible for lost or stolen Reward Cards and reward stickers cannot be reissued if lost.
＊No expiration date.
＊Your personal information will only be used to contact you when necessary for product delivery, invoicing, and customer service related issues during future purchases.
